TENANTS HOW TO APPLY TODAY:

Our Application Fee is $45. Absolutely no refunds.

Every adult over 18 years old who will live in house must complete the application and pay the application fee, even if they don't have income.

We inspect the inside of all our properties every 4 months.  Please do not apply if you are not willing to comply with inspections.

REQUIREMENTS


  • Must make 3 times rent amount in income. Example, if rent is $1,000 you must make $3,000.
  • Credit Score Must be 650 or more for all applicants
  • No Evictions - Ever
  • Pet Policy: No Pit Bulls, Rottwilers, Husky, or dogs of 20 lbs. Pet Deposits Required and Pet Rent $25 per month
  • NO COSIGNERS Income only consider if applicant will live in the property.

We check for the following:

  • Credit Payment History
  • Criminal Background/Eviction Check
  • Rental Payment History
  • Employment History
  • Lease starts within 15 days of your application being submitted.
  • One year lease agreements, and you must provide proof of renters insurance

1. TOURS

View the virtual tour / video or request an in person tour.

2. APPLICATION

Complete your application on line by clicking the "Apply Now" button next to the property picture.

3. DOCUMENTS

You will need to supply the following documents:

  • Social Security Card and Government Issued ID
  • Pay Check Stub (3 most recent), bank statement. (Self Employed: 6 Months Bank Statements All Pages)
  • We only process complete applications.  All income documentation and rental history must be accurate.  Also, you must have viewed property.

4. SECURITY DEPOSIT

Once approved you must bring into office a cashier's check or money order in the amount the security deposit to hold the property.   This will be converted to your security deposit at move in.

5. RENTER'S INSURANCE

You much purchase Renter's Insurance prior to signing your lease. 

6. FEES

If you are renting a house (not an apartment or condo) then you will be charged a separate fee for lawn service.  You must pay $120 additional for landscape and gardening service.
